Reese is 4!!!

Reese is 4!!!!! Stats: Ht - 43"/>95% and Wt- 38#/90% What we did for her Birthday: We had THREE parties! One with all her friends at Premier gymnastics which was so much fun. Mommy and daddy had fun too jumping in the foam pit!!!! One Rock Star Party with Grandama Boo and Papa at our house. We made a huge stage and she got a microphone, guitar and CD player...she sang her heart out. Grendma Boo and Papa also took her to the mall and she rode the carasel and ate cookies! The last party was at school and we brought in cupcakes for all her classmates. What She loves: Best Friends: Ellis, Holden, Hannah, Avery, Lance, Harrison She says she is going to marry Holden. She loves to sing. It amazes me how she can remember the words so easily. Candy, cake, cupcakes, cookies She likes barbies and princesses She loves watching tv and using our ipads for movies. Favorite tv shows: Sofia, Barbie, Bo on the Go She loves to read books every night. She loves to stay home and have PJ day She loves Fridays at school for Show and Tell. She likes to play Teacher, shopping and Mommy Favorite Games: Hide and Seek is her favorite, but she also likes, memory, uno, bingo, diminos. We play games ALL the time!! Favorite Colors: Pink, Purple, Blue What she doesnt like: Going to bed Eating vegtables Taking baths (at first, but then doesnt want to get out) What she is doing now: Gymnastics She can count to 40+ She can write her name and all the letters in the alphabelt. She is working on blends. She colors inside the lines now. Lots of pretend Singing all the time Helping take care of Reagan. She is such a sweet and wonderful big sister!

3-1/2 Years Old

Reagan turns one and Reese turns 3-1/2!!!!!! We celebrated at Grandma Boo's and Papa's house!!! Some of Reese's new sayings: I forgot When I get big I will go with you to work It's a deal As you can see Ok, Lets do it again You did it girl (to Reagan) We are the girls Are you kidding me Hey sweetheart (to Reagan) I can do it for you Can I do X and that would be Ok? What! Some new things we are doing now and things she loves: Started doing a chore chart with stickers Jumping Jacks Criss Cross Gymnastics (somersault on the beam) Playing pretend (teacher, waitress) Loves the song Wild One and singing to it. Singing to Taylor Swift Loves playing with dolls Brushes her teeth helps clean knows the months (song) knows the southern states that border the US (song)

3 Years and 9 months

Reese is turning into to be one super sweet little girl. In school she is getting the "super star" award almost every day. We could not be prouder!! She also gets yellow notes from her teachers stating how sweet she is and how well she listens and obeys. She now weighs 34/35 pounds and is 42" tall. She is definitley the tallest kiddo in her class and is following in her daddy's footsteps. She also just started getting sweet little freckles on her cheeks and nose like her Mommy : ) Some things she is doing right now: Can count past 30 Learning the 10 comandments Colors inside the lines She just finished swin lessons and is now back in gymnastics which she loves. She does not like putting her head under water! Can write her name picking up her sister helping reagan eat and drink Some of her favorites right now: Sofia the first cartoon Jasmine princess baby dolls purple and pink colors putting rubber bands in her hair - ponytails She likes to do my hair as well the tickle monster book sleeping and watching tv in mommy's bed candy, cookies, ice cream, doughnuts..... We also just got back from a fun week and Papa's and Grandma Boo's house at the beach!! We love this sweet little girl more and more everyday. Our hearts are filled with so much joy!!! Thank you sweet Reese for being the sweetest, kindest, loving little girl. We are blessed!!!

REESE IS 3!!!

OUR BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GIRL IS THREE!!!

(JAN 21, 2013) STATS: 32.6 pounds (75%) and 39.5" (100%)

WHAT SHE IS DOING NOW:
Still loves to sing and dance and jump. 
SHE IS A WONDERFUL BIG SISTER AND SO VERY SWEET!
Jan 6th she started Helping feed Reagan.
she Loves to give Reagan rasberries on her stomach  She is also great at making Reagan laugh

and giving her plenty of toys.
Reese LOVES TO PLAY WITH HER SISTER. Especially since Reagan has been able to sit up at the begining of 5 months.Starting around Thanksgiving she been playing with Reagan on the floor a lot. There is a lot more interaction between the two sisters as Reagan gets older. So fun to watch them play together.

SHE IS COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY POTTY TRAINED. (No more pull ups at night)
Talking loud, she gets so excited.  We are trying to teach her to use her inside voice ; ).
12-5 Can take off her shirt. (Has been able to take off and put on her pants, socks and shoes for a while now).
12-22 Is now able to button, unbotton, zip and unzip pants.
At her 3 year check up she got her BP and was so good.  She did not move and actually liked it.
For Christmas, Reese got a princess tent for her bed so we had to take down her bed railing. She has been doing great with sleeping but has fell out 3 times : (  She also will not go to bed without a flashlight and a story.
Reese has learned how to make funny faces and can be really silly like her daddy.
She also loves to talk on her play phone and skype with her grandparents.
She has lots of energy and is so full of joy.  I hope she is forever full of joy and happiness and stays at sweet as she is ! It is such a beautiful quality in her !!!


SCHOOL:
Tracing all letters and numbers
Can draw several letters on her own
Now knows her vowels
Can count to 20+
Loves Show and Tell on Fridays
Tells us everyday that she did not go to the focus chair or time out : )


EVENTS/TRIPS:
Boo and Papa came down in October so Papa could play with daddy in a golf tournament.  Boo, mommy, Reagan and Reese shopped till we dropped!
Uncle B and Paw-Paw also came down in October to see the girls.
We had a Halloween Party for Reese and all her friends.  Reese was Aurora, Reagan and mommy were Snow White and Daddy was the Big Bad Wolf and scared everyone!!!
Nov 3rd Memmy, Aunt Wanda and Uncle Gary (who Reese calls Uncle Barry) made a special trip down to Birmingham to meet Reagan and see Reese. Papa and Grandma Boo also came to see the gang
For Thanksgiving we went to Myrtle Beach weith Paw Paw, Mimi and Uncle B and Reese LOVED THE WATERSLIDES!!!  I can't count how many times she went down the BIG SLIDES BY HERSELF. (she needed a little push from her dad the first time but after that we couldn't get her to stop!)
For Christmas we went to Boos and Papas house. We had so much fun PLAYING. It is like toyland at Boos and Papas! Christmas was a success and so much fun.  Reese understands Santa now and loved counting the days down until Christmas with her calendar (and of course getting the candy out of it every morning) and meeting Gretchan (our elf on the shelf.) Gretchan worked beautifully. I am not sure where Reese got her name from. Cousin Megan and Greg came to the beach to see Reese and Reagan for the first time.  We had so much fun!!
Jan 5th We had a mini Dora Birthday Party and Uncle B came down to vistit
Jan 20th We had a Rock Star Birthday Party for Reese and 10 of her friends.  Grandma Boo and Papa also came up to celebrate! We had a fun balloon man come to the house and make cool balloons for everyone.  There were mermaids, spiderman, monkey in a tree, hats, princess wands, snacks, turtle bracelets, elephants  and so much more.

Two Years and 8 months

Reese is our little jumper! She just loves to jump! The other day we were stacking blocks and she jumped over them so i kept making it higher and highr and she kept jumping higher and higer!!! I couldn't believe how high this little girl can jump. Reese's new activity this month is painting. She loves to paint and it actually holds her attention longer than 5 minutes which is plus : ) We had fun decorating for Daddy's birthday with lots of paintings. funny things Reese is saying and doing this month: hi sweetie pie (to Reagan) Its so beautiful that is so cute what is that, this. what this do. the song" moves like jagger" was playing and Reese said "thats my song" and started dancing. She loves watching Fresh Beat Band every day. She wants to wear her PJs all day and of course to school. sometimes will have melt downs when you put something else on her. In school everyone calls their plate a "happy plate" if they finish all their food. So now we talk about happy plates and cups all the time. other favorite sayings: Oh Man (from Dora) and Too bad (her dad taught her that when a golfer misses a putt). she is learning her vowels in shcool and will sing songs about A,E,I,O,U. She will also tell you to stop singing with her because she will sing it. Ha! She also still calls Reagan a He but will say she is a girl. I think she thinks everyone is a HE. Reese is also having fun reading to us. The stories she makes up are priceless. She can count to 15 and skips a couple of numbers on her way to twenty. She is doing really good at tracing letters and still no time outs. She has also learned to tell little white lies : ) Like she will tell us she has brushed her teeth and we know she has not or she says she has finished her plate and she has not. Another good one is she tells me she has made her bed she has no idea how to make her bed : ) She is getting good at telling us no. This is not so much fun for us and trying quickly to break her habit. another saying she will ask us is "are you happy"? or when Reagan is crying Reese will say "he is not happy" Everyone needs to be happy. i love it : ) She is also having fun singing songs from a sunday school song cd that her mimi gave her. I think "Ive got the Joy Joy Joy down in my heart" is one of her favs. She is a wonderful big sister and wants to see Reagan every morning when she wakes up. She also has tried to pick Reagan up several times. I let her hold Reagan one time standing up and I thought Reese was going to fall over : ) Reagan is not so little anymore. Reese also enjoys talking to Reagan not even 1" away from her face. We try to tell Reese that Reagan can hear her and she doesnt need to be so close but Reese just ignores us. We couldnt be more proud of this big sister!!!!!

Two and a Half

July 5th Reese turned two and a half and on July 2nd Reese became a Big Sister!! It is amazing to see how wonderful Reese is as a big sister to Reagan Grace. She kisses on her all the time and makes sure she has toys and is covered up. She also is on diaper duty and gives us diapers and wipes as well as throw away all the dirty diapers : ) Grandma Boo, Grandpa, Mimi, Paw-Paw and Uncle B all came to help the first couple of weeks. Reese was certainly entertained and she didnt seem to mind a new addition to the family. In fact she wants to see and hold her baby sister all the time. While grandma Boo and Papa were visiting Reese learned so many new things and had the best time. They came to the hospital everyday to see Baby Reagan and to give her lots of kisses. They skipped around the house singing skip to my lou. They sang zippy do da, ring around the rosie, this little light of mine..... They played under the covers with flashlights. They watched bubble guppies and Dora. They went shopping everyday and of course Reese got presents all the time for everything : ) They went to the park and Barnes and Nobles and bought lots of books to read. They played hide and go Seek and so much more!!! Daddy and Papa had a great time swimming with Reese and going down the water slides. It was Reese's first time going under water and liking it. Mimi had fun watching Scooby Doo with Reese and holding sweet Reagan. They played games and read books. Uncle B took Reese to the park and had fun entertaining her. He had a good time keeping up with her. Paw-Paw had fun chasing Reese and scaring her. he also had fun taking her for a ride in the G8 Reese enterained us all with her singing and dancing!!! It was wonderful to have so much help!!! we are blessed to have such amazing family and friends. a little more about our sweet Reese.... She now weighs 31 pounds and is TALL. We need to measure her soon. She goes to bed around 8:00 and gets up at 6:00. She still takes a nap for at least 2 hours. she loves school and it is fun to watch everyone give her hugs when she leaves. She is talking up a storm now and has a sweet personality and is pretty witty. She still has melt downs when she doesnt get her way and the only thing to work is time out. She has her first denist appt last month and did super. no cavities. Daddy does a gret job helping her brush her teeth. She loves to swim now in the big pool. Daddy wants her to jump in the pool but she is not a fam. She just wants to float around.

First "Real" Haircut

Reese had her first real haircut yesterday. Daddy has trimed it twice and I had to get Reese an appt before he went after it again. We were trying to grow it all out but she refuses to wear barrets and bows and her bangs were hanging in her eyes. She did really great!! and stayed soooo still to my surprize : ) Some silly things she is doing now. *In class the other day everyone approached her when she got to school and she said "get off, get off!" (She is moving into begginer Two class on June 4th) *For several weeks now she has been calling her grandparents. On Memorial Day she said "Mama, go get me the phone please I am going to call Papa." *when she eats something she loves she says "it's delicious!" *She loves to watch Dora the Explora *She is reading books to herself and to her babies *She still LOVES to sing *She loves to dance to Wild One (of all the songs......)
